COREX has established an R&D hub in Dongtan to advance precision cultivation and data-driven natural ingredient development.
The facility is designed to connect environmental parameters—including temperature, humidity, light, water, EC and pH—with plant growth and bioactive compound data.
Rather than optimizing cultivation solely for biomass, COREX focuses on identifying and reproducing environmental conditions that increase commercially relevant bioactive compounds.
The resulting datasets will support the development of crop-specific cultivation recipes and future AI-driven optimization models.
